Do I need to add my address?

If you are in the UK, by law you must display your business address on your shop page. UK Government’s Trading Standards enforce these rules for online & distance selling of goods or services. You must provide your business name, contact details (phone/email), and address (the physical location you conduct your business).

We place your address and business details in a tab on your shop front called ‘Location’. It includes your company name, address, email, number, and VAT number (depending on if you have added them).
This tab needs to be manually selected and a verification button pressed in order to be viewed, much in the same way Etsy or Amazon Sellers handle their sellers’ personal information. We ensure your information remains hidden and unavailable, so it won’t be available to find anywhere on the internet.

If you are outside of the UK/EU, you will need to keep your City/Town and Region so your shipping settings work, and customers know where they are ordering from!

To change your address details go to:

Seller Dashboard > Settings > Store. Scroll down to the address section and edit. Scroll down and select the ‘Update Settings’ button.
