Do I need to add my phone number?

We suggest you only add your contact number if you have a physical shop or a business line. We recommend you let customers use the Baphomart messaging contact for all product and order communications.

If you do not want to include your phone number on your shop page, you can easily remove it by going to :

Seller Dashboard > Settings > Store. Scroll down to the phone number section and delete your digits. Scroll down and select the ‘Update Settings’ button. Your number will no longer appear in your shop.

We recommend that you do verify your phone number with Baphomart as required by UK regulations – This will not be shared with your customers.
