How do I leave a review?

10 days after an order is completed (i.e. 10 days after it was shipped), we will send out an automated email, asking you to review the product(s).

There are two ways to leave reviews –

Product review
Head over to the product page and then scroll down to ‘Reviews’. Here you can rate the item and leave a product review

Shop review
Customers can go to a shop and give them a review. Head over to the shop page, click on the review tab, add a review title, star ranking, and enter the review.

Note that only registered customers who have made a purchase from the shop can leave a review.
