How do I let the customer know I have shipped the order?

Once you have shipped an order you should go to your Dashboard and then to the Orders page, where you can tick “Mark Shipped” next to the order you have shipped.

This sends an automated email to the customer to let them know their order is on it’s way.

How to add tracking information to your order

To add tracking information to an order navigate to your Seller Dashboard, then Orders. Select the order you want to add the information too, and then click the Tracking Number button at the bottom right. Here you can add the shipping provider name, url, tracking number and date shipped.
