I have not received my order, what should I do?

In the first instance please Contact the Seller directly via the sellers email provided on your order confirmation email.

If the seller does not respond within 5 working days we’d advise Contacting Us directly so we can escalate the case further.

Please note: all orders are protected by Buyer Protection in the rare event of a non-delivery with your order.
