Why am I not receiving order emails?

All orders are emailed to your registered email.

If you are not receiving email notifications please first check your junk/spam folders for emails. Sometimes they can be filtered to your junk/spam boxes by mistake and you should ensure you have us “whitelisted” in your settings.

If the emails are not in your junk/spam folder please check you have registered with the correct email address.
