DELIVERY

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. To enable us to investigate any late deliveries we must be notified within 7 days after the expected delivery date.  Please ensure you use a safe delivery address at all times. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please note if a parcel is refused or not collected it will be returned to us, you will be responsible for the return charge of £25, the return process for undelivered or refused parcels can take up to 90 days. Please note if there are any discrepancies with your order it is essential that we are informed in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within 7 days from date of delivery.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please note gift vouchers are sent to the chosen recipient by e-mail by way of a voucher code for the chosen amount. Please note that gift vouchers are strictly non refundable and any returned items paid for with a gift voucher will be refunded by way of store credit.
