The Shipton image is from a pamphlet titled: Mother Shipton Investigated by William Henry Harrison and published in 1881.

The two featuring a witch with a devil familiar and a witch feeding her frog familiars are from a pamphlet titled: A rehearsall both straung and true, of hainus and horrible actes committed by Elizabeth Stile published in 1579.

The one showing a witch with two crows is from a pamphlet titled: A most certain, strange and true discovery of a witch, printed by John Hammond in 1643.
