You indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions by placing an order with zombiegiraffe.co.uk .
1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
The ‘Seller’ shall refer to zombiegiraffe.co.uk and any person acting on behalf of zombiegiraffe.co.uk
The ‘Customer’ shall refer to any person or organisation purchasing goods and or services from the Seller
The ‘Order’ shall refer to the customers’ purchase of taxidermy services and physical goods from the seller via the online paypal gateway on the zombiegiraffe.co.uk website.
‘Payment’ shall refer to payments made by the customer to the seller in exchange for the goods and services specified in the associated order.
‘Processing’ is the act of the seller performing taxidermy service on carcasses provided by the Customer.
Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.
The headings of the paragraphs of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
Orders
All Orders processed through the Seller’s PayPal gateway are made safe with restrictions in place to protect the Customer and the Seller from card fraud.
The Seller undertakes to:
Confirm all successful orders via email to the address entered by the Customer when placing the order. Confirmation emails will be sent within 3 working days of the Customer placing the Order.
Ship all physical goods with a printed invoice enclosed, to a UK address only, within 3 working days of completing all of the work and services associated with the Order.
The customer undertakes to
Make Payment in full immediately upon placing Orders
Make reasonable attempts to contact the Seller as soon as possible by emailing support@zombiegiraffe.co.uk if;
- The Customer has not received confirmation of an Order within 3 working days of the Order being placed
- The Customer believes that any errors have occurred when placing an Order
- The Customer is unable to make Payment in full for an Order placed
Payment
The Customer undertakes to
Make Payment to the Seller in GBP only. Zombie Giraffe uses an online credit/debit card payment facility powered by PayPal. An error message will appear when placing orders via the paypal gateway on the sellers website should the checkout fail to completed fully for any reason.
Make reasonable efforts to Contact the Seller if for any reason incorrect information has or may have been entered when placing an Order.
The Seller reserves the right to
Deny purchase rights to the customer if any details, such as card details or addresses, are entered incorrectly when placing an order. The Seller may, at their sole discretion, discharge themselves of any duties and obligations laid out in these terms and conditions if;
– Customers has provided any incorrect information when placing an Order
– An Order does not comply with these terms and conditions.
If online payment does not suit the Customer’s requirements, then additional payment methods may be made available. Customers wishing to use an alternative payment method should Contact the Seller for more information. Alternative payment methods shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set out for regular Payments
Delivery
Zombie Giraffe prides in itself in despatching your dead cute creations products quickly and efficiently.
All Products are sent by Royal Mail, Signed for 1st class delivery, for the customers benefit
The Seller only offer this form of delivery.
The seller will send a dispatch confirmation email to the email address entered by the Customer when placing the Order. Tracking numbers will be included in confirmation emails.
All shipments of Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of completion of all work and services associated with the order.
The Seller will not be held responsible if delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the Sellers control, and, in the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, the customer will not be entitled to any compensation or to discharge themselves from any of their obligations as set out in these terms and conditions
Taxidermy Services
The service provider is the business Zombie Giraffe and any person providing the taxidermy services on their behalf. The customer agrees to adhere to this service agreement and to UK taxidermy laws. Only Animals with the correct tags, stamps and or paperwork will be accepted.
If the Customer deliberately falsifies any documents in relation to carcasses provided to the Seller for processing the seller may discharge himself from any and all obligations set out in this agreement. The seller is under no obligation to return funds, carcasses or materials under these circumstances.

Special Circumstances
All products, services and taxidermy provided by the seller may vary in quality due to natural and or other pre-existing conditions beyond the Sellers control, such as bone decay and erosion
Bones
The customer acknowledges that all bones used have been recycled and cleaned but due to natural conditions the bones have been found in, it is impossible to recreate exactly the same bone product twice. All bones are identified as best as possible but the seller is under no obligation to accurately identify the age, species it has come or any other information regarding any bones sold on the Seller’s website.
The Seller uses a variety of bones from a variety of animals. The location of where the bones have come from will be in the description of each bone product if the species is not stated. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the description and look at all images provided for any product purchased from the Seller. Animals
It is the Customers duty to ensure that all animals provided to the Seller for processing have been ethically sourced, adhere to UK taxidermy law and have not been killed specifically for the purpose of being processed by the Seller (in adherence to UK taxidermy Law)
The Seller has no part in the killing of any animal processed, sold or advertised on the Sellers website. All taxidermy will come with a Log-sheet stating details of the animal’s history. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all animal skins used have been treated with either borax or through a tanning process. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the description and look at all images provided for any product purchased from the Seller. Descriptions will detail any damages to the animal prior to taxidermy and the images will show what the Customer will be purchasing.

Copyright
www.zombiegiraffe.co.uk and all of its contents are the sole property of the Seller and are fully protected by the copyright protection act. All images, material, code, intellectual property, descriptions and logos appearing on the zombiegiraffe.co.uk website and any of the Sellers paperwork or emails are the sole property of the Seller and my not be used by any person or organisation without the Sellers prior consent. The Sellers website and all of its content cannot be copied, used, shared or advertised elsewhere without prior permission from the Seller. If any content is copied or used without permission the Seller reserves the right to take all necessary legal action to acquire compensation commensurate with the damages caused.

Stock levels
The Seller aims to keep all stock levels updated immediately after changes. In the rare event there is a problem with the availability of a product listed as ‘in stock’ the Seller will make reasonable attempts to notify the Customer as soon as possible. Some products may not have a stock level due to Special Circumstances. There may be times when products are still listed on the website but are marked clearly as ‘SOLD’. These goods are unavailable to purchase but can be copied in similar ways and are an example of what the seller has made in the past. Accuracy of Information
The seller pride themselves in putting time and effort into clear product descriptions and detailed clear photographs to give a fair representation of the real life product shown. All dimensions and weight listed are approximate. The seller does not offer refunds or returns for unwanted products. All sales are final. Refunds and Returns
The seller does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of their products. All sales are final once the customer has received the order confirmation email from the seller. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the customer’s order the seller will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided when the order was placed. Damages
All of the seller’s products are handmade. All products go through quality control checks before being dispatched to the customer. Before packaged and sent products are checked again for any damages that have not been stated in the description. In the unlikely event of the customers products arriving damaged Contact the seller immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds for damaged products cannot be provided if more than 10 days have elapsed since delivery. Discounts and promotional offers
The seller reserves the right to make promotional offers on a timed basis for specific products. The promotion will be stated in the description of the product. Customers should be aware that if a product does have a discount on its price it may be damaged, details of which will be stated in the description of the product. All sales are final once the order confirmation email has been sent. The seller does not offer refunds or returns on promotional products or discounted products. Time of Creation
Every product on zombiegiraffe.co.uk has been made by hand and has to go through the seller’s quality control checks which can take time and cannot be rushed in the process to create the perfect creation for you. All Zombie Giraffe creations without a stock level may not be recreated exactly the same, but can be made similar, due to natural causes out of the sellers control. Any taxidermy products made by special order may take up to 3 months to be created and once complete customer will be contacted to inform them that their creation is ready. Once product is ready and payment has been made to the full amount the customer’s product will be sent out and customer will receive a delivery confirmation containing all delivery details. Customers will be contact immediately in the unlikely event we can no long make your creation.

Changes to this agreement
The seller reserves the rights to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. There for we ask all customers to check and review the terms and conditions regularly
