For personalized orders please check spellings, dates (if applicable) before submitting.

In case of custom elements or full custom, I will provide a rough sketch. If given free creative flow and no instructions, basic idea will be presented. I require confirmation you are accepting the design / idea before I start. Please reply swiftly to avoid any delays with the processing time.

Full payment required immediately based on agreed sketch / idea. All designs belong to me @Densparlour and it is not permitted to be taken to another person / business to complete.

Minimal design changes only up to 2 hours from the order being placed

No cancellations, returns, refunds or replacement on personalized /custom orders

Sizing details

Different sizes are possible on some listings, but please inquire before purchase, as price may slightly vary

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping: Only upon request
Sometimes I include a dry plant for decorative purpose (ie Lavender, snap dragon pods, leaves etc), so please advise if you have any allergies

The outside package and some of the wrapping could be either new or recycled. Nonetheless, all clean.

Posting and Custom charges

I post worldwideish. If the custom taxes are not charged directly via Baphomart, please be aware that the parcel might be subject to custom charges when it arrives in the destination country. Those taxes are buyer’s responsibility.

Returns / Exchanges or Replacements / Cancellations /Refunds

Returns: Accepted, only if they arrive damaged or defective (proof of damage /defect required, incl wrapping and package).
Contact: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Conditions of returns: Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The items must be returned safely packed. If further damage occurs, the buyer is responsible for any additional loss in value. These will be reduced from the refund amount or payment will be requested.

Replacement or refund for damage / defective items only after item has been returned and investigated.

Order upgrade

Accepted, within 2 hours from an order being placed.
Please contact me and await for my reply, as the new order purchase and refund will happen within immediate time frame.
Upon agreement on upgrade, you must purchase the new listing.
The initial order will be cancelled and refunded as soon as the new order is being placed.
